He has been at dozen of events, county fairs. His personal Facebook page shows him traveling to every corner of the state speaking to voters.
Sources close to Orlando Owens has confirmed to us that his exploratory phase will conclude next week. Owens will be making an official announcement this month, likely next week.

Owens is well known in the Milwaukee Metro area for his work on the Joseph Project, a faith-based initiative that connects people with jobs. The project was co-founded by the late Pastor Jerome Smith Sr. and U.S. Ron Johnson.
