TO STOP THE LEFT, WE MUST BAN COURT PACKING…AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The big government left has a simple plan for achieving absolute power…to seize control all three branches of government.
The next time they control Washington they have told us what they will do.
- Gut the Senate Filibuster.
- Add new states to expand their Senate majority.
- Pack the Supreme Court.
With control of the Court the left can rig election rules, impose a confiscatory wealth and savings tax, unleash bureaucrats to rule by regulatory decree, and impose their radical woke agenda nationwide.
We cannot stop the left by winning every election. Over the last century Democrats have won majorities in Washington about every 15 years and four overwhelming super-majorities.
To preserve limited, constitutional government in America, we must act now to strengthen checks and balances on the abuse of federal power, so that the far left cannot seize unchecked power when they next win a majority.
The most important power we must take away from politicians in Washington is the power to manipulate the size of the Supreme Court.
Unless there is an Amendment in place to permanently ban Court packing there is big risk that Court packing will destroy the independence of the Supreme Court and undermine the rule of law in America.
Both Democrats and Republicans who care about our future should worry that if one party were to pack the Court, the other party would retaliate, and the Court would end up as the virtual puppet of politicians in Washington.
Only an independent Court can protect our Constitutional rights, the integrity of our elections, and the ability of our nation to survive the divisive political battles that often divide our nation.
The proposed “Keep Nine” Amendment to ban Court packing would take away the power of Congress to increase or decrease the number of Justices on the Supreme Court.
It simply says: “The Supreme Court of the United States shall be composed of nine Justices.”
Polling show that voters would support it by a 3-1 margin. A majority of Democrats would support it.
The “Keep Nine” Amendment was first introduced in Congress by a Democrat in 2020 and is now backed by more than 200 Members of Congress, former Reagan Attorney General Ed Meese, and a bipartisan group of more than 1000 federal and state elected officials nationwide.
Constitutional Amendments are difficult to enact, but the success of popular Amendments like those that guaranteed a woman’s right to vote and imposed presidential term limits show they are possible.
We must make the “Keep Nine Amendment widely known, so candidates in both parties will feel compelled to support it.
Today there are many candidates, especially Democrats in competitive elections, who claim to oppose Court packing today, but won’t tell voters where they stand on an Amendment that would ban Court packing in the future. We must demand that these candidates tell voters where they stand on the Keep Nine Amendment and then educate voters on the differences between candidates on this issue.
To succeed we all need to take action. Here are some things you can do today.
- Call the office of an elected official or candidate who is asking for your vote and ask the staff person who answers the phone where the official or candidate stands on the “Keep Nine” Amendment to ban Supreme Court packing. If they haven’t heard about “Keep Nine,” you can ask for their email address, send them this website link KeepNine.org.
- Spread the word about the Keep Nine Amendment on the web and in social media. Simple emails to friends or a Facebook, Linked-In, and social media posts asking people what they think of the Keep Nine Amendment are of enormous value.
- Ask your friends to these same things.
For those who want to do more, KeepNine.org is looking for volunteers willing to attend political meetings or even serve as surrogate speakers. But regardless of the issues you care about most protecting our Constitutional rights, our freedom, and our prosperity from the abuse of government power, requires an independent U.S. Supreme Court.

There are millions of people focused on who will hold power in Washington. But there are far too few people focused on how to take power away from Washington and return it to the people where more of it belongs.
